Jetline Group was established
Jetline Group was established with the incorporation of Jetline Limited and PT Indonesian Airline, marking the Group's entry into airline ownership and aviation operations in Southeast Asia.
P3TRA Capital Limited was established
P3TRA Capital Limited was established to support aviation investment, financing, and structured ownership programs.
A key milestone in our heritage — P3TRA secured SJ30 jet technology via JetLine Group, laying the groundwork for advanced aerospace development and future growth.
P3TRA Group formally took over from Jetline Group
P3TRA Group formally took over from Jetline Group through a strategic transfer of assets, and Tri-Petra Unify Sdn Bhd was incorporated as part of the restructuring.
Acquisition of Aircraft Manufacturing Technology
P3TRA Sky Sdn Bhd, Tri-Petra, and P3TRA Capital acquired Aircraft Manufacturing Technology (AMT), strengthening the Group's aircraft design and manufacturing capabilities; P3TRA Legacy Sdn Bhd was also established.
P3TRA Legacy rebranded as Aeronas Sdn Bhd
P3TRA Legacy was rebranded as Aeronas Sdn Bhd, while P3TRA Infinity Sdn Bhd and Asian One Sky Group Sdn Bhd were incorporated to support diversified aviation operations.
Continued refinement and expansion
The Group continued refining its aviation manufacturing, advisory, and specialized aviation services while maintaining a regional and international presence.
PETRAX5 Sdn Bhd took over from P3TRA Group
PETRAX5 Sdn Bhd took over from P3TRA Group, consolidating aviation services, helicopter operations, and aerocraft manufacturing; Heli Skytrooper Sdn Bhd, Heli Skyrider Sdn Bhd, Aeronas Aerocraft Sdn Bhd, and Aeronas Sky Sdn Bhd were incorporated under the PETRAX5 Group.
